Your participation not only promises to make this event extraordinary but also directly supports The Arnette House, a vital organization making a meaningful impact in our community. Competitor Requirements for the Mac ‘N’ Cheese & Grilled Cheese Competition
Registration
- Each team must register with the form below.
- There is $10 fee to participate as a contestant.
Event Space & Setup
- Each competitor will be allotted a 12×12 area for food preparation and/or serving.
- Competitors are responsible for providing their own tables, serving utensils, and any other necessary equipment. Paper towels, portion cups for Mac ‘N’ Cheese, and plates for Grilled Cheese will be provided.
Team Members
- It is strongly recommended to have a team of at least 4-5 individuals to efficiently manage serving and preparation.
Sampling Requirements
- Competitors must prepare enough food to serve 500-600 2oz samples (2 oz souffle cup) of either Mac ‘N’ Cheese or Grilled Cheese.
Event Timeline
- Set up is from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Competitors must be ready to serve by 10:30 AM.
- Samples for judging will be collected between 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM.
- Event patrons will begin sampling at 11:00 AM, and competitors are required to serve continuously until 3:00 PM.
This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for competitors, judges, and attendees alike.
